We purchased a 2006 jeep wrangler Friday Jan 20th and would give every one a 10 on customer service. First I worked with Leah on the internet for about 1 week until finally agreeing on a price that would work for us. Next we met with Vicki in sales and she was so pleasant and nice, and accompanied us for the test drive and showed us all the features, and that is what sold us on this jeep. Then Michelle helped with all the paperwork and this was one of the easiest car purchases ever. Thanks so much and we will definitely refer to your dealership. THANKS AGAIN--- WE LOVE THE JEEP

I just wanted to tell you how happy I was when I chose your dealership. I was looking for a Pick Up about 1-2 months ago.Unfortunately you did not have what I was looking for at the time. I ended up buying a Dodge at Dicks country dodge in Hillsboro. Let me tell you . The deal went south after I had possession for 3 weeks. I was worried that I would not find what I was looking for. My brother started looking around on the web when he came across your dealership. You guys got in a truck that fit my criteria. I called and talked to a sales men over the phone. He called me back in just a few minutes with all the info I needed. I stopped by after work to take a look at it. Unfortunately he was helping another customer. But another sales person showed me the rig and we took it on a test drive. It was what I was looking for. We signed the papers and I took possession of the vehicle this evening. I have to tell you that my experience with Dicks really rubbed me the wrong way and I was very reluctant to go to another dealership. I am extremely happy that I came in and gave your dealership a chance to win my business! I also have to point out that Michele Eveland was the best Finance manager that I have ever dealt with. I just want to say thank you to the dealership for your promotion Memorial Day weekend for military veterans. I had a 10 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee 'Limited" and to replace it would stretch our budget and considered going to a smaller SUV. With the promotion we got more than we expected and to meet Tom Anderson and his help with the Grand Cherokee was exceptional. Awesome Buying Experience!! Buying my new truck from NW Jeep was truly the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I sent an email in requesting what I was looking for, what I was wanting to spend, what I wanted for a payment and Ben met all my needs. There was no pressure in spending more money, or to buy something I really didn't want. Most of the transaction was done via phone calls which was very convenient for me. My fiance and I spent less than 90 minutes in the dealership, and that was to test drive the new vehicle and fill out paperwork. I had an amazing experience with your service department and wanted to let you know. From the appointment I set on line to the customer service from Jose to the final outcome and repair by Iain Mackintosh everything was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and complete in less time than I ever expected. I've had a problem with my stereo system in my Pacifica and 3 other automotive shops including a car stereo "expert" could not diagnose it. Iain had it diagnosed and repaired in a very short time. And the rental car was a big plus. NW Jeep is now my sole repair shop. Thanks for everything!

I hate the hassle of taking my vehicle in for service...little did I know that it would be an amazing hassle free experience at your dealership. My wife and I own a high end store in which we expect our employees to provide the best shopping experience to our clients; these high expectations are rarely met while dealing with others but you did it! My wife made the dreaded appointment phone call for my 2007 Grand Cherokee (Turbo Diesel) which was answered by your service advisor April. Not only were we shocked that we could drop by at our convenience but in addition offered a loaner so that we did not have to shuttle 2 cars across town. April informed us that the check engine light issue would more than likely be covered under the warranty, sent on my way in a nice clean newer Grand Cherokee and called within an hour with a full report on my truck. The repair was going to take a while and my truck would not be ready until the following day; April apologized for the inconvenience even though I was driving one of your vehicles! My phone rang the next day as promised and my truck is running good as new. Please commend April on her superior customer service and if you are not careful you might just find her working for me!! It takes a good team to make all of this happen smoothly; the other service advisors, the lot guy, the cashier, everyone was pleasant and are top notch professionals. Here is my issue...I am in the market for a new car for my wife and was not thinking Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep... I guess she will have to find something that she likes on your lot, we wouldn't think of spending our money anywhere else.

A Big Thank You! Dear NW Jeep, I just wanted to thank Ron Hollenbeck, for the wonderful care he extended to me, when I recently had problems starting my van. Sometimes I had to try and turn the key four or five times before it would start. Although Ron suspected a bad starter, every time I took it in, it would not fail. Finally, he allowed me to leave my van while he set me up with a rental, so he could see if it would fail when the engine was cold?and your technicians found the problem! The price I was earlier quoted for a new starter/labor to install it there if that were found to be the problem (not sure which service advisor I spoke with when I called back), was in line (just under $300) with two other local auto repair shops I visited. (Again, the van would not fail for them either--but neither of those shops offered a rental so they could figure out the problem for certain.) When my bill was higher at pick-up than what I remembered being quoted, the service manager was so kind to give me a discount. Thank you so very much for your wonderful help as well! I want to thank Ron and your service department so much for helping me get my van up and running. I now have peace of mind, that I will not get stuck anywhere with a vehicle that will not start!
