Sales Department

Due to increased business in every department, Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge is looking to hire individuals to join our family owned company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a work ethic enabling them to accomplish both the company's and their own goals. College education is preferred however, not a requirement. We value individuals who are energetic, self motivated, positive, and outgoing.

Our sales department is booming and is the highest volume Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge dealership in Oregon and SW Washington. In addition to our sales volume, 16 new or redesigned vehicles are at our store. Our referrals/repeat customers make up a large part of our sales. We currently have over 600 new and pre-owned units at our store. We have over 400 incoming sales calls per month. We have 13,000 + visits to our website monthly. Our service department consistently repairs over 100 vehicles a day and is open until 10 p.m., many who end up buying new vehicles instead of repairing their current vehicles. WE HAVE THE TRAFFIC, WE HAVE THE VEHICLES, WE HAVE THE MOST AGGRESSIVE PRICING, but WE NEED INDIVIDUALS to help meet our expectations and goals. If you work here you are expected to sell over 15 units month in and month out. Our inventory and pricing strategies will make these goals obtainable. You will have access to floor traffic, orphan client lists, previous customers, service customers, internet leads, phone calls, and your current customer/friend base.

Medical benefits and 401K plans are offered after 90 days of hire. Competitive wages and tremendous bonus plans offered. Compensation will be based on number of sales per month.

Service Department
  • Technicians.  Open until 10 p.m. with 28 service bays, technicians are in high demand to continue our high level of shop capacity.  Previous Chrysler Training is recommended or the option of going to Mt. Hood Community College for Chrysler training. 

  • Lot attendants.  The ability to wash, retrieve, and deliver vehicles for our customers in a professional, courteous, fast-paced manner is crucial.  Customer standards and their retention are a vital part in our thriving service department.
