Northwest SUV of the Year: Jeep Grand Cherokee

Driving Sports has named the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee the winner of the 18th annual Northwest Sport Utility Vehicle of the Year Competition.

The event was held on March 31st at DirtFish Rally School in Snoqualmie, WA where twenty-six automative Journalists pushed a number of vehicles to their limits to see who which ones have what it takes. These SUVs were tested in off-road courses as well as a  paved handling circuit and 2011 the Jeep Grand Cherokee left all competitors in the dust.

New Jeep Gladiator Pick Up

At a recent meeting in Detroit, Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne confirmed that the Jeep Brand will introduce a new multipurpose Jeep with a truck bed. The CEO did mention the Gladiator, which was a 2005 concept vehicle as a possibility for the Jeep model.  Below is a few pictures of the Gladiator.
