Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge is known to have the highest trained technicians in the Portland Metro area. Chrysler's Academy Technician Skill Report confirms this.  With our extensive training in all Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge brands we are able to easily diagnose and repair your vehicle. Bring your vehicle in for its regular maintenance by 4:00 pm and pick it up by 7:00 am the very next day.  Fill out our online service appointment request form to schedule your car repair as soon as possible. 

Are you in a hurry for an oil change? Don't go to Jiffy Lube, try our Express Lane  and have one of our Factory Certified Technicians perform an oil change on your vehicle in under 45 minutes. Now through December, Oil Changes are starting at $17.95.   Upon request we can also perform tire rotations,  inspect and replace your wiper blades, air filter, and light bulbs. These appointments fill up quickly. We provide alternate transportation with our service fleet, our shuttle van, and through our relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to keep you on the go while your vehicle is being serviced.

Service Department News & Events

New Owner Clinic

We conduct a new owner's clinic every 3rd Monday of each month.  At these clinics we will go over how to operate your new vehicle, we will have a service mechanic on hand to answer any questions that you may have, and we will also give away door prizes.  We would like to know how many people will be attending each clinic so please RSVP with our Service Manager, Dennis Teach at dteach@nwjeep.com .  The clinics will be held at 6:15 pm in our customer lounge.  Each clinic will last about one hour.
