COVID-19 Health Concerns

Northwest Jeep is closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and taking proactive measures to protect our employees and customers. We take your personal health and safety very seriously. Our dealership will remain open for business during this difficult time to service your automotive needs.

Here are some measures that we are taking to keep our dealership clean and safe.  Northwest Jeep will adjust our preventative measures as the information we receive changes.

  •        We have instructed our employees to wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  •        Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

  •       We have implemented a no hand shake policy and contact free environment for all employees and customers.

  •        Hand sanitizer will be provided for use in high traffic areas in the dealership.

  •          Our cleaning crew will focus on high contact points including handrails, door handles, vending machines, bathroom sinks,   steering wheels, our customer lounge, computers, and phones.

  •       Our staff will also be cleaning work stations and customer areas throughout the day.

  •      Our staff will wear gloves when entering customers vehicles and sanitize your vehicle prior to delivery.

  •        Use our Early Bird - Night Owl Services to drop off your vehicle for a contact free service experience.  Learn More Here.

  •        Any employee who is not feeling well should stay home and contact their health care provider.

  •        We will continue to monitor the current recommendations provided by Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies and public health officials.  We will update you when new information is available.

We are committed to making our dealership a safe place.  Thank you all for your support.
