Based just outside of Portland we offer several solutions for your automotive needs. Northwest Jeep Ram’s near 39 year commitment to customer service excellence has given us a great reputation not only with our customers, but with our employees as well. We have 28 bays at our dealership, 4 dedicated service advisors, a solid parts team, and an involved management team. Some of our equipment includes a brand new Hunter Tire Machine & Balancer, Hunter Alignment Rack, and all major Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Chrysler specialty tools for our technicians to complete the job. Employee advancement, and retention, are something we take very seriously at Northwest Jeep Ram. We work with you to increase your certification levels so you are able to advance your career and create more opportunities for yourself. We will review with you monthly your certification levels and engage with you to enroll in classes that will increase your skill and knowledge. We offer several different pay plan options to give you an opportunity to learn the brands, culture without stressing that you are not producing enough hours. When you do settle in, we offer productivity bonus retro to your first hour flagged, pay additional for warranty flagged hours, and monthly bonuses for high fix first visit scores, Additionally, the management will review your hours weekly to help keep you on track of your goals. Pay Levels

Lube Tech:

$18-$21 Hourly. Entry level tech. We will start you out in the lube lane or as an apprentice. We want you to work in our express lane, learning our processes in a fast-paced environment. Our focus is to have you receive training and earn level 1 certification levels in order to receive an increase in pay and have you been able to work on maintenance repairs. Once level 1 certification is obtained, begin to work in a hybrid pay structure where you will receive an hourly rate and a higher rate for flagged hours. You will also receive a bonus for high fixed first visit scores. We will expect that you will work towards achieving a level 2 certification level and begin to work on more advanced repairs: gaining your knowledge and higher pay.

Level 1 Technician:

$35-$43/Flat Hour + Bonus. At level 1 we will start you out in the lube lane or as an apprentice. We want you to work on maintenance and entry level repairs. Our focus is to have you receive training and earn level 1 certification levels in order to receive an increase in pay and have you been able to work on warranty repairs. Once level 1 certification is obtained, begin to work in a hybrid pay structure where you will receive an hourly rate and a higher rate for flagged hours. You will also receive a bonus for high fixed first visit scores. We will expect that you will work towards achieving a level 2 certification level and begin to work on more advanced repairs: gaining your knowledge and higher pay. There is an option for hourly pay at this level also, please inquire.

Level 2 Technician:

$40-$48/Flat hour + Bonus. Level two factory trained technician. We want you to work on diagnosis, engine, electrical and transmission repairs. Our focus is to have you receive training and earn level 3 certification levels in order to receive an increase in pay and have you been able to work on higher expertise repair orders. At a level 2 factory certification level, you will receive a bonus for a fixed first visit, a bonus based on productivity tiered back to your first hour flagged. Additionally, once level 2 certification is obtained, you will receive a higher rate for flagged hours. We will expect that you will work towards achieving a level 3 certification level and begin to work on the highest level of repairs: gaining your knowledge and higher pay. There is an option for hourly pay at this level also, please inquire.

Level 3 Technician:

$47-$55/Flat Hour + Bonus. Level three factory trained technician. Expert and master certification levels. At a level 3, a technician should be able to work on any Jeep, Ram Truck, Dodge, or Chrysler vehicle. Our focus is to have you stay up to date on your training and remain at a level 3 certification. At a level 3 factory certification level, you will receive a bonus for fixed first visit and a bonus based on productivity tiered back to your first hour flagged. Additionally, once level 3 certification is obtained, you will receive a higher rate for flagged hours. Our advisors will provide you with high productivity work to make you turn work quickly in your bays and earn a fantastic living. As a level three tech, you may also receive apprentice techs to assist you in producing more hours and lead them to gain the type of knowledge to where they can increase their certification levels and begin to flag their own hours.
