Our Preventative Steps Against COVID-19
First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As an essential business, Northwest Jeep RAM is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still serving the automotive needs of our customers. We are open and ready to serve you in a safe, comfortable environment.
Our Service Department is providing a contact free service experience including social distancing, live updates including text, photos, and video from both our advisors and technicians, online bill payment for a quicker check out, and sanitizing your vehicle prior to delivery. Their reduced hours of operations are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our Service Department is closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Our Sales Department has adapted a new way to buy your next vehicle. Shop from home and buy from home. Using our online tools, we are able to complete a transaction without having you step foot inside our dealership. Additionally, we can provide free home delivery of your new or pre-owned vehicle at no charge.
We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.
Our steps include:
Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily.
Sanitizing gel available in every department and customer lounge.
Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well.
Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers.
Wearing gloves.
Sanitizing the inside of vehicles in service, after a test drive, and prior to delivery.
We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.
